  • Drive retention and expansion by delivering customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SEs, and Domain Architects on adoption.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships aligned to business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to embed Tanium in customer processes for ROI.
  • Support Executive Business Reviews and maintain data in Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Hybrid schedule: in-office 3 days/week.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or PS in SaaS
  • Demonstrated consulting and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of endpoint technology
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Willing to travel 5-15% within regional territory
