๐ฏ Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or PS in SaaS
- Demonstrated consulting and project management skills
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Willing to travel 5-15% within regional territory
