  • Excellent interpersonal skills; quick rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong project management to manage a dynamic customer portfolio.
  • Creative problem solving with attention to detail.
  • Business‑process oriented; think about workflow efficiency (diagrams, conditional logic).
  • Proactive team player; identify process gaps and help wherever needed.
