- Excellent interpersonal skills; quick rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong project management to manage a dynamic customer portfolio.
- Creative problem solving with attention to detail.
- Businessāprocess oriented; think about workflow efficiency (diagrams, conditional logic).
- Proactive team player; identify process gaps and help wherever needed.
