  • Manage and nurture your customer accounts with online marketing expertise
  • Collaborate with customers to refine strategy and resolve advertiser issues
  • Own and grow your book of business; develop vertical expertise (e-commerce, travel, etc)
  • Develop knowledge of Smartly.io tools and paid social advertising to solve problems
  • Build strong relationships with Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok
  • Collaborate with customers, CS team and product for fast feedback loop

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Possess 3+ years of paid digital advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google)
  • Experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude to help customers reach goals
  • Comfortable addressing technical challenges and collaborating with technical teams
  • Results-driven with bias for action and collaboration
  • Explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights
  • Strong spoken and written English; able to engage diverse audiences
  • Hybrid from London office 3 days a week (more if you like)
  • Able and willing to travel for meetings and events
  • Previous knowledge of Smartly or similar players is a plus
