📋 Description

  • Manage highly complex accounts with multiple solutions and geographies.

  • Develop and implement joint success plans with customers.
  • Mitigate risk to renewals; coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Share industry best practices across units and geographies.
  • Advocate for customers, influencing product development.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success managing strategic, complex accounts.
  • Experience with pricing, quoting, rebates, or analytics in B2B.
  • Knowledge of quote-to-cash, dynamic pricing, and commercial processes.
  • Proficient with Challenger Sale, MEDDPICC, or Force Management.
  • Project governance for complex software implementations and data integration.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and support international time zones.
