- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with a technical SaaS.
- Two+ years of knowledge in SaaS, CRM, CX/Support, or APIs.
- Experience owning a book of business, renewals, and expansions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized; PM a plus.
- Willing to travel ~25%.
