  • Manage end-to-end post-sale customer relationships from onboarding to renewals.
  • Align with executives, conduct business reviews, drive product expansions.
  • Own renewal negotiations and expansions with Sales.
  • Drive product adoption, AI/automation, educate on best practices.
  • Understand customer KPIs and partner to achieve outcomes using Kustomer.
  • Feed customer feedback to Product and communicate roadmap to customers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with a technical SaaS.
  • Two+ years of knowledge in SaaS, CRM, CX/Support, or APIs.
  • Experience owning a book of business, renewals, and expansions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized; PM a plus.
  • Willing to travel ~25%.
