🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in SaaS Customer Success with 3+ years in enterprise/strategic accounts.
  • GRC domain expertise with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 42001.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives globally.
  • Track record of retention and expansion in large, multi-threaded accounts.
  • Experience leading executive reviews and multi-year strategic plans.
  • Exceptional communication translating security concepts into business value.
