  • Partner with account executives and TAMs to drive post-sale engagements for enterprise customers.
  • Manage a book of customers to drive health: performance, adoption, usage, renewals.
  • Advise on payments and product, delivering performance and industry insights.
  • Conduct business reviews aligning priorities, metrics, and Stripe roadmap.
  • Advocate for customers; share feedback with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Support expansion opportunities with the account team to ensure customer success.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in a client-facing role, enterprise relationship management.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong business sense and understanding of users’ businesses.
  • Proven track record leading technical conversations and persuading stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management.
