  • 3+ years experience at a fast growing software company.
  • Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Fluent Spanish speaker.
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
  • Growth mindset and motivation to be a top performer.
  • Notion experience; Salesforce/Gainsight familiarity (nice to have).
