π― Requirements
- EU work authorization.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional European languages a plus.
- 2+ years in account management, B2B SaaS, or travel tech.
- Strong relationship management with proven ability to retain and grow accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative mindset; translate needs into solutions.
- Ability to manage risk and retention, including escalations.
