  • Oversee a school book of business, drive engagement and growth.
  • Onboard partner schools through renewal and expansion discussions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell BrainPOP resources.
  • Develop deep knowledge of BrainPOP products for educators.
  • Communicate with school leaders to ensure BrainPOP usage; gather feedback.
  • Travel quarterly for on-site engagements and NYC HQ visits.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience in software sales and/or account management in K-12.
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business.
  • Proven ability to identify value-based opportunities for current partners while advocating internally and externally.
  • Experience with software implementations (K-12 is a plus).
  • Experience with a CRM and forecasting/reporting to inform management decisions.
  • Ability to manage projects and programs with some complexity.
