🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years in CS/CS/AM; fintech, cross-border payments, or B2B SaaS preferred.
- Results-driven with self-motivation, learning agility.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Risk, Ops, Marketing, and Sales.
- Resilient and accountable; manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
