📋 Description

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle of existing clients in the target market.
  • Optimize and execute standardized service processes using self-service and automation.
  • Provide proactive support and timely responses to inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Product, and R&D to share customer feedback for product upgrades.
  • Cross-functional work with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to identify needs in cross-border payments and treasury management.
  • Identify churn risks and implement risk control and retention actions to protect revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • English fluent, native Mandarin; communicate with Mainland China.
  • 2+ years in CS/CS/AM; fintech, cross-border payments, or B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Results-driven with self-motivation, learning agility.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Risk, Ops, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Resilient and accountable; manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
