  • Track and report on key account health metrics; address risks and drive improvements.

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Geosystems, Engineering, or Computer Science helps you understand our tech.
  • 3+ years in B2B customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with B2B clients.
  • Familiarity with geospatial or AEC industries; industry experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to deepen relationships and address technical needs.
