  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years in account management, customer success, or project management
  • Experience with technology; able to learn new SaaS applications
  • Customer-focused, enthusiastic, service-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving, decision making, and negotiations
  • High emotional intelligence with strong listening and empathy
