- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years in account management, customer success, or project management
- Experience with technology; able to learn new SaaS applications
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic, service-oriented
- Strong problem-solving, decision making, and negotiations
- High emotional intelligence with strong listening and empathy
