🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in customer success; CS, support, or sales exp a plus.
- Fluent German and English (written & spoken) required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building, accountable for customer success.
- Excellent organization; establish milestones and keep plans on track.
- Experience with one-to-many communications globally.
- Understanding value measurement and renewals; recurring revenue is a plus.
- Proven ability to produce compelling customer materials to drive objectives.
