📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS).
  • Experience in audit, risk, compliance, or management consulting.
  • 1+ year with AuditBoard modules, data loads, and configurations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to interface with C-level executives and drive ROI.
  • English fluency; French/German/Arabic a plus.
