🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS).
  • Audit/risk/compliance or consulting experience in enterprise settings.
  • 1+ year with AuditBoard modules, data load processes, and advanced configurations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building; capable of stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives to drive strategy and ROI.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar CS tools.
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently and handle ambiguity.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French/German/Arabic beneficial.
