- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS).
- Audit/risk/compliance or consulting experience in enterprise settings.
- 1+ year with AuditBoard modules, data load processes, and advanced configurations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building; capable of stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to engage with C-level executives to drive strategy and ROI.
- Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar CS tools.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently and handle ambiguity.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French/German/Arabic beneficial.
