  • Coach, onboard, and launch new clients; manage a book of business.

  • Identify renewal barriers; negotiate pricing and expand accounts.
  • Advocate for customers; update cross-functional teams on insights.
  • Identify key changes in customers' business impacting delivery.
  • Ensure customers maximize GoLinks technology and services.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer relationship roles with SMB and mid-market.
  • Proven ability in customer adoption and managing SaaS relationships.
  • Strong oral and written communication; comfortable presenting to executives.
  • Organized with exceptional follow-through.
  • Experience with Salesforce or customer analytics software preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
