  • Support key customers post-implementation with Veeva Quality apps
  • Serve as trusted advisor to customer app owners to meet objectives
  • Liaise with strategy, sales, product, and services to address needs
  • Lead meetings to demonstrate value and identify opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize use and create a roadmap
  • Lead Quality CSM events for collaboration and learning

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Quality within life sciences
  • Experience with pharma or CRO companies
  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
