  • Support 4-6 global customers post-implementation with Veeva Quality
  • Act as trusted advisor; own relationships with customers' application owners
  • Liaise with strategy, sales, product, and services to meet needs
  • Lead meetings to demonstrate value and identify opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva usage and roadmaps
  • Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva collaboration

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Quality within life sciences
  • Experience with large global pharma companies
  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Must be based in EU
  • 7+ years in software or consulting
  • SaaS/cloud exp in Quality apps management
  • Experience with Veeva Vault
