  • Support 4-6 global customers post-implementation with Veeva Quality
  • Act as trusted advisor; own relationships with customer's app owners to understand objectives
  • Liaise with strategy, sales, product, and services to address needs
  • Lead customer meetings to demonstrate value and uncover opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva apps and create a customer roadmap
  • Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva collaborations

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Quality within life sciences
  • Experience in large global pharmaceutical companies
  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and app owners
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Must be based in the EU
  • 7+ years in software or consulting
  • SaaS/cloud experience managing Quality apps
  • Experience with Veeva Vault
