  • 3-4 years in account management or customer success
  • Deep understanding of the digital publisher ecosystem
  • Strong analytics literacy and ability to learn technical concepts
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Elite communication skills and relationship-building
