📋 Description

  • Manage post-sales activity for CA State & Local government accounts.
  • Onboard accounts, drive adoption, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Speak with customers about relevant features for their needs.
  • Develop joint success plans to drive adoption and value.
  • Track accounts for churn risk and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to embed Box into core architecture.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in customer success, account mgmt, or SaaS
  • Strong data mindset; experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Excel
  • Proactive team player with ideas for adoption and churn mitigation
  • Excellent communication; able to discuss business and technical topics
  • Experience with Public Sector (CA state/local agencies)
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Support
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
