π― Requirements

- 4+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting in SaaS
- Strong data mindset; Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, and Excel
- Excellent communication; able to engage in business and technical conversations
- Public Sector experience is a plus
- Proven cross-functional collaborator; drives adoption, churn mitigation, and expansion
