🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting in SaaS
  • Strong data mindset; Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, and Excel
  • Excellent communication; able to engage in business and technical conversations
  • Public Sector experience is a plus
  • Proven cross-functional collaborator; drives adoption, churn mitigation, and expansion
