Present PPC performance reports to non-technical stakeholders.
Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction.
Translate objectives and feedback into briefs for media buying.
Identify/escalate concerns like wasted spend and tracking issues.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a Customer Success or client-facing account role.
1+ year hands-on with Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Match types, Performance Max, negative keywords, conversions.
Experience managing client relationships and leading meetings.
Native-level English, written and verbal.
