  • Legal authorization to work in the EU.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese; other European languages a plus.
  • 2+ years in account management, B2B SaaS, or travel tech.
  • Strong relationship management with proven retention and growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative mindset; translate needs into solutions.
  • Ability to manage risk and retention, including handling escalations.
