- Legal authorization to work in the EU.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese; other European languages a plus.
- 2+ years in account management, B2B SaaS, or travel tech.
- Strong relationship management with proven retention and growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative mindset; translate needs into solutions.
- Ability to manage risk and retention, including handling escalations.
