  • Manage Gross Retention Rate (GRR) by driving improved customer health and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in retention and health metrics.
  • Experience conducting QBRs and strategic success plans.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
