  • Lead post-sales activities for upmarket customers (onboarding, renewal)

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and building trusted relationships
  • Strong account management and relationship-building (QBRs, Health Checks, exec summaries)
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in security or compliance industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking; empathetic with retention focus
