π― Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and building trusted relationships
- Strong account management and relationship-building (QBRs, Health Checks, exec summaries)
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in security or compliance industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking; empathetic with retention focus
