π― Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
- Experience with high-level exposure to C-level executives and trusted relationships.
- Proven account management through QBRs, health checks, and executive summaries.
- Nimble and agile in a shifting-priority environment.
- Security or compliance industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and empathy for customers.
