  • Lead post-sales onboarding, implementation, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage a BoB of ~50 customers, across 401–2000 employee accounts.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Vanta.
  • Serve as the main contact to drive business outcomes on timelines.
  • Become a product expert on Vanta's security and compliance offerings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • Experience with high-level exposure to C-level executives and trusted relationships.
  • Proven account management through QBRs, health checks, and executive summaries.
  • Nimble and agile in a shifting-priority environment.
  • Security or compliance industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and empathy for customers.
