🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio and drive net retention.
  • Excellent executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven approach; proficient with Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Generative AI tools and prompt engineering experience.
