🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success with renewals and expansions.
  • Payments expertise: merchant services, disputes, settlement.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or econ.
  • Experience advising CFOs and AR leaders; strong executive presence.
  • Pricing/interchange, underwriting, risk, and reconciliation knowledge.
  • ERP/payments workflow knowledge; NetSuite/Sage Intacct/Dynamics a plus.
