  • Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to long-term adoption and revenue growth.
  • Lead training, cadence calls, and Executive Business Reviews with customers.
  • Build Strategic Account Plans with retention and growth KPIs.
  • Represent customers to Sales/PS/Product to drive integrations and features.
  • Escalate high-severity issues and drive cross-functional resolution with Care.
  • Advise on acceptance flows, pricing, PCI/security, and risk requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success with renewal/expansion.
  • Payments/merchant services expertise, incl. disputes and chargebacks.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics.
  • Experience advising CFOs/AR leaders; strong executive presence.
  • Knowledge of pricing/interchange, underwriting/risk, and reconciliation.
  • ERP/payments experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics.
