π― Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success with renewal/expansion.
- Payments/merchant services expertise, incl. disputes and chargebacks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics.
- Experience advising CFOs/AR leaders; strong executive presence.
- Knowledge of pricing/interchange, underwriting/risk, and reconciliation.
- ERP/payments experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics.
