🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in CS or related roles at fast-growing B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing enterprise or complex customers with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes and value.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; able to build structure.
  • Proven collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Native Korean and business-level English proficiency.
