  • Own post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, renewals, retention and expansion.

  • 2-4 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales in SaaS.
  • Customer-centric mindset with consultative approach to business needs.
  • Proven ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including C-suite contacts.
  • Resilience to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Team collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: Candidate located in Central Time Zone.
