- Location: onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, 4x/week
- Main contact for a broad customer portfolio; day-to-day support
- Conduct regular training webinars and calls
- Develop deep knowledge of Axon products and ensure proper implementation
- Learn and share industry best practices to solve customer needs
π― Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding expectations
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and written skills
- Ability to adapt to change and excel in high-stress situations
