  • Location: onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, 4x/week
  • Main contact for a broad customer portfolio; day-to-day support
  • Conduct regular training webinars and calls
  • Develop deep knowledge of Axon products and ensure proper implementation
  • Learn and share industry best practices to solve customer needs

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding expectations
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and written skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and excel in high-stress situations
