  • Fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and product implementation patterns
  • Experience with consumption- and seat-based models and expansion metrics
  • Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and expansions
  • Proven track record managing a portfolio and delivering outcomes
  • Cross-functional collaborator who advocates for the customer
  • Passion for AI and responsible development of advanced systems
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves team player mentality
