  • Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals and retention

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in customer success onboarding or related PM roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong follow-up
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of two domains from SaaS, APIs, Marketing Automation, or HTML
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed
