  • Partner with Account Executives to align on renewals and retention targets.
  • Be the customer's main Braze contact and trusted advisor.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong follow-up.
  • Experience with medium/large tech companies; fast pace.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Builds great relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • 2-5 years in onboarding, CS, implementations or PM.
  • Domain knowledge in two or more: SaaS, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, Direct Marketing, HTML.
