๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals, retention, and net retention targets
  • Be the customer's main point of contact and trusted advisor at Braze
  • Drive feature adoption by building a shared Success Plan with customers
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities and risks to account health
  • Maintain ongoing contact via check-ins, events, and Executive Business Reviews
  • Work with Onboarding Managers to transition clients from onboarding to ongoing activity

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in Onboarding, Customer Success or PM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong follow-up
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation or Analytics
  • Team player with strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
