- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong follow-up
- Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation or Analytics
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
