  • Formal sales training from a recognized program.
  • CRM proficiency: Salesforce/force.com.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Explain solutions, set goals, and provide dashboards.
  • Analytical skills with Excel/PowerPoint for reviews.
  • Experience managing sales pipeline and quotas.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and clear communication.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
