- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management

- Build credibility with customers and internal stakeholders by understanding requirements
- Experience maintaining outcome-based relationships with diverse accounts
- Passion for web-based tech and Smartsheet use cases
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
