📋 Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to align and drive renewals and retention.
  • Be your customers’ main point of contact and trusted Braze advisor.
  • Drive feature adoption by building a shared Success Plan with customers.
  • Proactively analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain ongoing contact via check-ins, events, and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Work with Onboarding Managers to transition clients from onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, implementations, or PM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong follow-up.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • High intellectual curiosity and growth mindset.
  • Domain knowledge in two or more: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Analytics, or HTML.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
