📋 Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to drive renewals and net retention targets for your customers
  • Be your customers’ main point of contact and trusted Braze advisor
  • Drive feature adoption by building a shared Success Plan with your customers
  • Drive customer advocacy by building strong customer relationships and mutual value
  • Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities and risks
  • Onsite work with customers and may travel internationally

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Team player with strong relationship-building
  • Intellectual curiosity with a growth mindset
  • 2-5 years experience in onboarding, CS, implementations or PM
  • Manages complex accounts/projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics or HTML
