  • Lead the Customer Success function across onboarding, adoption, reviews, and renewals.
  • Lead onboarding to ensure use cases and requirements meet the timeline.
  • Translate customer needs to internal teams; feed product with feature requests.
  • Coordinate onboarding and reviews to evaluate performance and spot expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with internal resources to build account plans and align use cases to boost usage.
  • Identify risks to goals and drive mitigation with CSM/PM.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales at a tech company.
  • German language proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT).
  • Ability to uncover problems and translate requirements to internal teams.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with internal resources and escalate when needed.
  • Knowledge of APIs and how they function.
