- Be your customers' main point of contact and trusted advisor at Braze

- 2-5 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, implementations, or project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong follow-up
- A proven team player who builds great relationships with colleagues and customers
- Domain knowledge in two or more: SaaS, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or HTML
- Experience managing complex accounts or projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong time management skills
