  • Discuss deployment, architecture, and troubleshooting with IT/Engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Eng, Support, Renewals.
  • Proactive, customer-centric with analytical, problem-solving approach.
