- 5+ years in customer-facing success/account management/strategic consulting.
- SaaS experience with value realization across global teams.
- Trusted advisor to guide outcomes with customer partners.
- Experience using Success Plans to align goals and metrics.
- Fluent French; able to communicate complex problems clearly.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial team player.
