  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at the C-suite and exec level, driving success and value from Intercom.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to build Success Plans, QBRs, executive reviews, and churn plans.
  • Be an expert advisor on Intercom products to drive adoption of relevant features.
  • Engage customers to unlock early and sustained adoption of Intercom Solutions.
  • Develop adoption strategies for high-value AI product accounts, driving change management.
  • Reduce churn through early risk identification and mitigation with your account team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing success/account management/strategic consulting.
  • SaaS experience with value realization across global teams.
  • Trusted advisor to guide outcomes with customer partners.
  • Experience using Success Plans to align goals and metrics.
  • Fluent French; able to communicate complex problems clearly.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial team player.
