  • 5+ years in customer-facing CS, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience with SaaS models and enterprise value realization.
  • Established trusted advisor with customer partners to guide outcomes.
  • Experience using Success Plans to align goals and metrics.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex problems to diverse audiences.
  • Fluent French.
