  • Manage a portfolio of accounts 1:1 and 1:Many via digital channels

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management (SaaS)
  • Experience creating digital marketing content
  • Strong communication with executives, admins, tech leads
  • Able to manage multiple projects in fast-growing environment
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (IT/Business/Finance)
