📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts 1:1 and 1:Many via digital channels.
  • Represent the voice of the Customer to influence product, marketing, and sales.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to drive value for customers and Varicent.
  • Create customer success stories and drive high usage via playbooks.
  • Develop product expertise to support customers' journeys.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders; engage early lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in SaaS.
  • Experience creating digital marketing content using digital tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication; build trusted advisor relationships with executives.
  • Familiarity with CS tools like Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree with IT/Business/Finance focus preferred.
