  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and development.
  • Agile and resourceful; adapt quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communicator; English and German business fluency required.
  • AI-forward: proactively leverage AI tools to synthesize data and refine insights.
